Hey guys!!! So here is a recipe for Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies! I altered it a little to fit what I wanted and what I had in my cabinet though. I'll list what the recipe calls for then list what I changed :)
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. white sugar
1/4 C. margarine or butter
1/4 C. Shortening
1/2 C. plain non-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
So, instead of using sugar (which we are trying to use less of) I used 1/3 C. agave and I didn't have any shortening so I didn't melt my butter to give it the texture and just added a little vegetable oil and I used the whole cup of yogurt. So that's it, they are some of the best cookies I have ever ate! they are so yummy and fluffy!!! I think I'll go have another one now! lol

NOTD
Hey everyone!!! Long time, no talk!!! I get the award for "Worlds laziesy blogger" this year! yay!!! I am going to try and get back in the groove of it though, doing something small like.........a nail post! Easy, simple, and almost no effort on my part :) So, today's choice of polish was OPI's Sparkle Yule Love from the holiday collection released at Ulta. I adore this polish! It is pink and glittery, everything that I am about!!! Pretty sure they should of named it Sammie, but maybe next time :( Anyways, I am off to bed so have some sweet, glittery dreams!!!
